DECO GALVA completes its powder coating offer by launching its liquid paint workshop

Theme 1 – A new service offer

The Galva Union Group launches its liquid paint offer for galvanized steel.
It is to better meet the specifications of some customers that DECO GALVA, French reference for powder coating of metals, has extended its range of skills to the work of protection and decoration by liquid paint.
Since 1992, DECO GALVA has successfully powder coated street furniture and all galvanized metal structures.
At the request of its customers, DECO GALVA has set up a space dedicated to the liquid painting of galvanized steel to complete its offer and train its operators who are now qualified ACQPA.
Now DECO GALVA offers its customers the choice to paint galvanized steel as they wish.

Theme 2 – An exceptional aviary

We are between Narbonne and Perpignan, in the African Reserve of Sigean, where the construction of one of the largest diving aviaries in Europe takes place.
Centered on alligator basins, it is intended to gather all the large African wading birds of the reserve, in one space over an area of 10,000 m2.

The color shade “random random rust” DG119 was chosen by the project manager and realized by DECO GALVA. The goal is to create a material effect that immediately integrates with the mineral environment of the reserve.

Beyond the double protection galvanizing and powder coating, in the longer term, the hue DG 119 will allow by its oxidation grades, to hide the disorders related to the operation of an aviary subjected to a corrosive animal environment and to facilitate the repairs.
